You will need to get yourself to the Quad bike start point at the agreed booking time. The start point is in the foothills of Mt Batur. We can provide precise meeting point details and contact person when you book
We can be flexible with departure times however we suggest leaving South Bali by about 0700. You will need to allow about 8 hours to fit in the Quad biking, driving to and from your hotel, ricefields visit and a sumptuous lunch with spectacular mountain/lake views at Oculus Bali
Please wear a good pair of shoes and bring a rain jacket and a change of clothes in case you get wet and/or muddy
• The minimum age to drive the ATV/Quad Bike is 15 so all under 15’s must ride tandem.
• When operated carefully, ATV's/Quad bikes are safe however like any vehicle they can be dangerous if operated carelessly or by those inexperienced operating machinery. Therefore if you have a family member 15+ it may still not be appropriate to self drive if the person has little or no experience operating any types of vehicles.
• The operator, Balad, is experienced operating these tours and has selected ATV/Quad Bike routes and operating procedures with safety foremost in mind so please follow their instructions and you should have a great and safe time
Subject to availability of the Quad bikes, we are flexible with times. You will need to allow approximaely 8 hours to fit everything in.
The operators have a standard early morning sunrise tour starting at 04.30 however there is no compulsion to do this. Subject to availability we can book a time that suits you.
